- MUDITA NOW NL DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

- MUDITA NOW NL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF MUDITA NOW NL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
